  • Finished his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Ateneo De Manila University and Master of Arts in Economics from Fordham University, awarded Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2004

Jose T. Valencia – Non-Executive Director

  • A Certified Public Accountant and Management Consultant with solid experience in audit services, corporate planning and strategic planning
  • Former President of Philippine Dentsu Holdings Corporation
  • Managing Partner of Maceda Valencia & Co., and Head of its Tax and Financial Advisory and Enterprise Solutions & Support Services
  • Former Partner in SycipGorresVelayo& Co, the largest professional service firm in the Country
  • Finished his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University  of the East graduating Summa Cum Laude
  • Attended IMEDE, Laussane, Switzerland for this Masters in Business Administration

Jose M. Chan, Jr. – Independent Director

  • Extensive experience in the banking industry in particular Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. and Solid Bank Corporation, Union Bank of the Philippines and Citibank N.A., Philippine Branch
  • His field of expertise includes corporate finance, financial advisory, investment banking and other bank related services
  • Presently an Independent Director of Orix Metro Leasing Corporation and Director of Nissan Car Lease Philippines
  • Obtained his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines

Andrew T. Yap – Independent Director

  • Independent Director of Century Savings Bank Corporation
  • Director and President of Bataan Water Services Corporation
  • Extensive experience in banking and finance, in particular, with Asia United Bank, ING Bank and AB Capital and Investment Corp.
  • Field of expertise include  corporate finance, investment banking and account management
  • Obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management – Honors Program from the Ateneo de Manila University

Atty. Jose Perpetuo M. Lotilla – Non-Executive Director 

  • Former Senior Partner in SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan, involved and acted as counsel for major financial institutions and corporations in  local and international banking and finance transactions including international commercial arbitration, securities law, foreign investments, lease financing ,securitization, investment banking , rehabilitation and financial restructuring ,to name a few.
  • Part of the team of Sycip Law acting as Philippine counsel to the Advisory Committee of Bank Creditors in the restructuring of Philippine Debt during the foreign exchange crisis in 1983.
  • Served as independent director of Security Bank, SB Capital Corporation, SB Securities Corporation.
  • Was Undersecretary for Legal Affairs and Civil Aviation of the Department of Transportation and Communication from 2012 to 2015.
  • Rated as sole Band 1 Philippine lawyer for several years by Chambers as a banking and finance lawyer until his retirement from Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan in 2011.
  • Former President of the Philippine Bar Association.
  • Obtained  his Bachelor of Economics Degree from  Ateneo de Manila University in 1976 and Bachelor of Laws Degree  from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1980.

Atty. Mia G. Gentugaya – Non-Executive Director 

  • Her fields of expertise are laws on banking, finance and securities, foreign investments and corporations

  • Formerly a Senior Partner in SyCip Salazar Hernandez &Gatmaitan, Member of its Executive Committee and Head of the Firm’s Banking, Finance & Securities Department

Delta A. Audencial – Executive Director 

  • Extensive experience in financial services (trust, treasury and fund management)
  • Held various key positions in Trust and Investment:  Head of Securities Services & Trust in Standard Chartered Bank (Jan. 2014-2015), VP & Trust Officer in Bank of Commerce (2009-2014),
  • Worked at various financial institutions in Australia, namely Mercer Australia as Senior Fund Administrator, Australian Wealth Management as Client Service Advisor and Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited as Fund Administrator
  • Formerly VP and Assistant Treasurer at PCCI (2004-2006)
  • Graduated BS Business Economics at UP Diliman
  • Obtained a Diploma in  Financial Services at Association of Superannuation Funds in Australia
